Also, please do not put anything in the disposal. Throw the trash and food waste in the provided trash cans. 🗑️ •No Smoking or Vaping Policy• This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping home. Smoking (including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc.) and vaping/e-cigarettes of any kind are not permitted anywhere inside the property. Any evidence of smoking or vaping — such as odors, residue, or related items — will result in a $300 additional cleaning fee. This fee covers the deep professional cleaning and use of a commercial ozone machine required to fully remove smoke odors and particles from the home. We appreciate your understanding and respect for this rule so that every guest can enjoy a fresh, clean space! 🚭 •Pets• We kindly ask that all pets stay off of furniture, bedding, and they’re crated if left alone in the home. Guest Access

Guests will have access to the whole home along with access to all of the seasonal Linville Land Harbor amenities. Please note, some of the resort activities are only available during the summer months (May/June-September), while others may incur an additional fee(s). Please ask before booking!

My favorite Airbnb! This was my second year staying here, and it was every bit as wonderful as I remembered. The hosts were terrific—proactive, clear communication and an easy check-in made everything seamless. The home was exceptionally clean, extremely comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed. The fall and Halloween decorations were such a lovely touch, and the wood-burning fireplace and snores provided by hosts, made it feel especially cozy. The community felt safe and welcoming, with a beautiful lake and easy access to amazing hikes. The perfect fall getaway—I can’t wait to come back!

A Few Things to Know The mountains are beautiful—and sometimes unpredictable. During winter weather, 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended, as snow and ice can make mountain roads challenging. Most importantly, come prepared to slow down, breathe a little deeper, and make some memories. The mountains will take care of the rest.
